These little pseudo-editorials are always entertaining. What I liked about this one was the resistance to the idea that science fiction was turning into some kind of mass movement. These people want the stuff to stay underground, limited to the people who really cared. A very anti-commercial approach for a magazine that has advertised Issue #1 as a collector’s item since Issue #2.
