At the end of the penultimate chapter in this story, we find this weird, monumental statue floating through space. It looks an awful lot like a Celestial or any other monumental Kirby-inspired creature, lending credence to the idea that American Heavy Metal creators had cut their teeth on traditional superhero comics, back in the day.
