Early on in this episode, it’s established that the main character was possessed by a demon so he could take revenge on the people who killed his family and raped his sister. He then goes on to explain that the only way the demon will leave him is through consensual sex with a woman. That leads directly to this scene, where the woman he captured seduces him and cuts off his head with an axe on the next page.
