This month’s editorial points out that Michael Moorcock requested that Moebius’s story take the name Jerry Cornelius off the title, leaving it as merely The Airtight Garage.

The hope is that this last episode will answer some of the long-running questions that have cropped up, but that’s a vain hope. Here we have the Major and not-really Jerry Cornelius floating in space in front of the Bakalite – who looks like a DJ sitting in the world’s most awesome DJ booth. Moebius’s design skills really shine in this episode, even if his storytelling falls by the wayside.
