This was an interesting story from Howard Cruse. He saw a UFO when he was young and inexplicably found himself compelled to do weird things. It’s a nice little story that ends on a note of bewilderment because Cruse himself does not actually understand the entirety of what happened. He presented the facts as he knew them and then sort of shrugs at the end, which makes the point that not all stories have a clean ending.
