This is another one of those strips that makes a lot more sense if you are familiar with the song that the story is based on. This story references The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest by Bob Dylan, which explains why he’s talking to Adolf Hitler (who has been cast as Judas Priest). It’s all very free associational, but very well drawn.
