This is obviously early Caza – the neighbor is better drawn in later installments and less cartoony. The color palate here is more subdued, almost as if he was just figuring out that you could work in this style, but not yet sure what to do with it. The other indicator is that he’s tightly confined in a 16-panel grid. Not much of his later work has this many panels in this number of pages. Once he started doing 8 page stories, he had more room to loosen up and let an idea walk around.
