The cover date on this issue is July of 1983 and Return of the Jedi came out in May of 1983. Chances are, however, that this installment was created when the name of the new Star Wars film was still being presented as Revenge of the Jedi.

The Nehi in this serial are the little green people that have been invaded – in a manner that seems very similar to Vietnam. Their revenge is a sexually transmitted disease so powerful that it inevitably kills all of the soldiers in the occupation.
