This story starts with a homeless man in New York getting on an elevator because he’s told that there are homeless benefits at top of the building. The elevator stops and we see this ending – the city of New York has built a a spaceship as a population control center.

Moreno is still in his early Moebius mode, with some beautiful crosshatching on the spaceship.
