One of the weirdest parts about this whole story is that the macguffin is a giant iceberg that can be used to tow back to Earth to cure a massive drought. Yet part of the story is set in a ski resort, which begs the question of why the snow isn’t scraped up as well? Logic has no place here, apparently.
