Bilal’s art style has evolved so much over the years that figuring out when something was actually drawn (as opposed to when it was published, let alone in English) can become a little game.

For example, this is clearly drawn after The Town that Didn’t Exist and is probably done at or about the time he drew The Carnival of Immortals. Probably before, because this is in black and white and feels like a one-page experiment.
