Using the swastika instead of the number 5 seems really obvious in retrospect. It’s broad satire from our vantage point thirty years in the future, but it’s important to remember that there were people at the time who were convinced that the Reagan administration and their moral majority represented the second coming of the Third Reich.

Of course, as with the other ongoing serials, this is the penultimate installment and will finish next month.
