Serpieri is probably the best known of the “tits and ass” artists published in Heavy Metal. The woman in the first panel is Druuna, his overly sexualized everywoman who somehow seems to get into a lot of situations where her only recourse is to display her body in a provocative manner. For example, she’s buttoning up her shirt because the man in the cloak demanded that she show him her breasts to prove that she wasn’t infected by whatever crazy disease the trussed-up man has. 

And the story is set in a dystopic future, which is like getting two Heavy Metal bingo squares for the price of one.
