Over and over again, this story commits one of the cardinal sins of sequential art – the retrograde panel order. The first three progress in the order you would expect. But the bottom tier goes panel 4, tall panel with naked woman, then the panel in the bottom left of the page. And it happens throughout this story. Here, the artist has presented something to draw the eye to the correct panel in the lower right corner, but more often they had to resort to arrows, which is never a good sign.

The two lovers here are journalists, by the way. They work for different news agencies on the same story, but they decided to become lovers rather than rivals. Because of course they did. And she’s a knockout. Because of course she is.
