This part of the story goes way beyond “problematic” territory into actually depicting rape (there’s a much more disturbingly graphic depiction a few pages earlier that’s made worse by an all-text panel of protests on the previous page). The conversation in the top two panels are actually a discussion about why they should just relax and let the guy do his thing because this is dangerous territory and he’s a good soldier – which Druuna is clearly not on board with. 

The comic aspect of having the rapist dragged off in the middle of the act sort-of-but-not-really makes for a funnyish ending to a harrowing event, but I question why everything has to be so graphic. Even more disturbing is that Serpieri is well-known precisely for his beautifully drawn graphic sex scenes, so his rape scenes have an element of eroticism to them that makes them even more uncomfortable.
