And here we see the heart of the yellow peril plot in action. A crazy foreigner has gotten a cadre of his countrymen together in a big room under LA and they’re going to somehow overthrow the city and/or country (it’s not entirely clear). Of course, the Caucasian film people were there to stop their nefarious plot.
