This is a very weird, very problematic story. On the previous page, this woman is stopped by this creepy man who propositions her on the street, possibly because she’s dressed like a prostitute. He goes straight for her skirt, only to discover that she’s wearing no underwear, at the request of her husband. Later in the story, we discover that her husband would prefer that she not dress like a prostitute – but she should still not wear underwear (she could wear a longer skirt, he suggests).
