This is just the prologue to the story, but it’s a horrible set up. Two janitors are caught in a reactor meltdown and fused together. Instead of taking care of them, the guys in the containment suits dump them in the river. The story doesn’t get any better from there – they’re not actually dead and they end up on the street, trying to make ends meet.
