Yet another mid-80s clear line story. The reveal here is that Stan’s old enemy didn’t actually die but was surgically transformed into a woman (except for the face) and subsequently went insane. It’s not clear if turning into a woman or having to hide the deformed face under a latex mask was what prompted the insanity, but either way its not actually an uplifting mental health message.
