This is a quick little fable about a wicked old woman who is offered a chance at redemption – an angel flies over the lake she is in and offers to pull her out with an onion. Why an onion, it doesn’t say. So, of course, she shows her true colors when other denizens of the lake try to climb out with her. And, when she kicks them down, the onion broke and she fell back into the lake. End of story.

The art style is very expressionistic. And I actually recognized it from an old Sandman story in the World’s End storyline. Which is a very weird thing to pick up on, but there you go.
