In this second episode, we are treated to a story from long ago during Viking Times, when they were whale hunters (which is pretty clear from that middle panel). There’s a very tenuous connection to the bar, but the whole thing surrounds the idea that special humans can connect to the whales and bring them to shore.

Really, the best part of the story is the establishing shot in that center panel, which does a great job of depicting the entire society in one concise image.
