This is a fun little story with a notable artistic twist – the only splash of color throughout is pink. Here the pink only appears on the motorcycle, but it does show up in other places throughout the story.

What’s interesting about this page is the giant facade carved from the stone in the desert. In the story, it’s actually the location of the Gate to Hell, but it’s very clearly modeled on the Treasury in Petra. This story is set in Morocco, however, which is completely on the other side of the Mediterranean. For some reason, the facade is never located in Jordan. Weird.
