What I liked most about this page was the fourth panel, where our skeleton main character encounters someone who calls him “Dad.” To that point, it was not clear if the skeleton was just some random spirit or what. That little interaction grounded the character in any number of ways. Well, as much as a skeleton wandering around a surreal landscape spouting inanities can be grounded.
