I want to draw your attention to the second dialog balloon in the second panel – where she coerces the salesman by telling him that she’ll tell people that he tried to rape her if he doesn’t go along with her sex games. The context here is important – they have a history together, but he keeps trying to quit her and she keeps tracking him down. If that’s not textbook stalking and sexual harassment, I don’t know how else to define it. 

Certainly, he goes through with the activity – unprotected, of course – but only due to fear of being arrested and losing his job. It’s jarring how something that is drawn as sexy isn’t, once you parse the dialog. I doubt it was intended to be jarring – it’s more likely that this is just someone’s idea of a fantasy. I mean, who wouldn’t want a beautiful woman in lingerie to show up at your place of business, demanding sex from you? Only some ungrateful churl who wants to live a life free of stalking!
