In this farcical little story, we have a sexy nurse who shows up to let the patient molest her so that the other nurse can give him an injection. And that’s the story. It’s very well-rendered and the dialog in the bottom tier indicates that the nurses are very tired of having to come up with new ways to keep their rich, petulant patients healthy, but what are you going to do?
