This is exactly what it looks like – four single four panel strips that have been compiled into a single page. The constant refrain throughout is “Must be a lesbian,” which is meant to be satirical and knowingly funny (which it is, if you read the context of the strip). Unfortunately, it is possible to ignore the context and just read the dialog as tone deaf. 

Even worse, this is still very contemporary subject matter, twenty years later. Sigh.
