I have a really hard time believing that all of this is actually contained within the apartment cab of a truck. Maybe the artist is taking liberties with the spatial dimensions. Maybe the fumes are causing some kind of slight hallucination. Who can say?

I will say that the detail work on the background in the first panel is amazing and really does a good job of setting the scene.
