This is a straight up, no-kidding piece of Corto Maltese fanfiction by Milo Manara. The man in the trenchcoat is Rasputin, Corto’s primary antagonist. The other characters are, as indicated, characters that Rasputin has killed. The implication here is that Rasputin has arrived in the afterlife.
