This whole story is about how two con artists figure out how to get off a planet of telepaths by infecting them with catchy pop tunes that are, as it says in the last panel “prohibited, they make people crazy.”

My favorite part of this page is that middle tier. The musicians in their studio are wonderfully rendered.
