I want to draw your attention to the last letter in the bottom of the second column, specifically the point that the reader doesn’t get some of the European stories. Eastman’s response is that their storytelling style is just different. I think I would have went with something to the effect of “we print things based on cool visuals, not logical storytelling.” But maybe that was a little too honest.
