This issue’s interview is with Richard Corben. It’s almost like they’re going through all of the old creators from the early issues that they already interviewed, just because. In fact, there’s no mention of the contentious interview with Brad Balfour that prompted Corben to send a full page letter to Heavy Metal rebutting the interviews.

What’s interesting about the artwork on this page is how much the computer has impacted Corben’s process – that bottom image is clearly from a landscape rendering application.
