The whole story is just two page spreads of an identical view with a timestamp in the upper left corner. This leads to some spectacular effects, like the blimp coming around the corner. Unfortunately, he can’t figure out what to draw and it meanders a bit.

The format of this page is very interesting because it’s actually an image inside a single, very large panel. In this case, the page is NOT the panel. And that’s a deliberate design choice worth pointing out.
