There is some heavy threat/carrot action going on in this page.

The artwork is interesting. There’s absolutely some photo-referencing going on, but there’s also a good deal of idiosyncratic cartooning. But the walls of text are crazy. It’s not the best comic I’ve ever read, but it looks like it could be good.
