It sometimes takes a week or two between the time I read an issue and when I scan it, for reasons. It is not uncommon for me to forget reading stories from time to time, but rereading them usually brings the memory back. Rereading this did nothing, the story is that forgettable.
It looks like it was drawn by someone who has been reading (and enjoying) Boucq for some time. As influences go, it’s not a bad direction to lean. But the rendering is very passive and even the action scenes aren’t very dynamic. Nevertheless, the running joke with the office nymphomaniac is that she’s always half naked, so of course it was printed in Heavy Metal.
