This issue sees Moebius with a new venture called Major Fatal; in the next issue, this strip becomes The Airtight Garage of Jerry Cornelius. (Moebius was not really good with picking a name and sticking to it. For example: he started as Jean Giraud, went under the name Gir for a split second and landed on Moebius as his professional moniker.)

This splash page is phenomenal – exactly the reason that I flip directly to the Moebius stories first thing when picking up the next issue. Its obvious that he had a great time drawing the cityscape in the background.
