This is fairly typical of the kinds of ads that grace the pages of Heavy Metal during this period. Its not entirely clear what Naaz Te is, exactly. There’s a vague, handwavey multimedia aspect that’s pretty typical of fizzled business plans in the very early 2000s. Incidentally, the url is currently unregistered.
