That third panel looks like it could have been rendered by John Byrne or Howard Chaykin. Either/or. This page is a very nice little piece of sequential storytelling. However, the next two pages have a pretty abrupt ending, which makes me think that this was originally a longer story that got truncated for some reason or another. Still, that bar code over his eyebrow is a nice design choice.
