The central character in this scene is named Mamba and he wears a monocle. It is clearly a magical monocle because it has not fallen out in either of the fight scenes that came before this scene.

What fascinates me about this character is that he started as an unnamed heavy who tried to kill the title character in the first episode. Somehow, he became the hero’s sidekick/guide and ran away at the first opportunity. At this point, he has become so important as to merit his own sub-plot.
