From a sequential storytelling point of view, this is a very tight page. Text boxes on the left, art on the right. The way that the shadows are drawn in the top tier, it’s not obvious that the man is sporting a Hitler mustache, but that comes through in the captions, making that the weakest storytelling choice on the page.
