Two things.

First, that top tier makes it look like Cable is guest-starring in this feature.

Second, that call and response of “Neither are we” is repeated verbatim on the next page, where the people who are getting shot at here are shooting back. There is absolutely no sense of where the various parties are in relation to one another, but that pair of repeated jokes is great.
