Altuna’s work is, in many ways, very formulaic. Setup, sexual situation, punchline. What makes him entertaining is that the execution is constantly changing. Here, the punchline is that the couple we’ve seen romping in an anonymous hotel are shown to be a politician cuckolding his rival. Stacking the sixth and eighth panels on top of each other does a great job of visually providing that information before the reader has an opportunity to read the text.
