The joke here is that one of three witches brought a child-size t-shirt when they were summoning a demonic spirit. When he shows up in the guise of a child, they tell him to piss off, so he burns their house down. It’s a clever little conceit and the art is fun. I especially like the flames coming out of the house at the bottom of the page.
