What’s notable about this story is the frame story that takes up the top tier of the page. It’s really only a single image and balloon, but it allows the artist to transform four tiers into two pages.

The panel progression is quite nice and makes good use of a relatively static foreground and a dynamic background. On the next page, the cat attacks the man for yelling.
