In many ways, this is a pretty straightforward piece of cliche-ridden genre fiction. However, it does some very fun things and turns into the skid (so to speak). An example is at the bottom of this page, where our hero (stunt man for hire Jerry Mail) “convinces” the nice officer lady to let them go and even give them some cabins on her ship. The penultimate panel, where her hair is falling out of her hat, is great.
