The conceit of the story is a cop who discovers that various members of her family have been wearing a mask and acting as a vigilante crusader for years. What she does with the mask is less interesting than this montage page showing her family’s adventures over the years. It’s basically a twist on Lee Falk’s Phantom, an old pulp trope.
