These ads are all individually interesting. The Nostromo hat at the top of the first page really takes movie merchandising to another level, while the Heavy Metal bucks in the last page really highlight how much inflation has changed the price of things (69 cents an issue?).

The ad in the middle page is fascinating – an entire newspaper dedicated to providing news stories about things that never happened is a great idea. Or, at least, a greatish idea. I have no idea what the execution actually looked like, but it would have been interesting to flip through.
