It’s fairly obvious that Kaze is taking this opportunity to communicate something profound that came to him regarding violence and, well, tranquility – possibly involving out-of-body experiences, probably while he was on some kind of major hallucinogenic drug. It doesn’t make the slightest lick of sense, but the visuals are pretty.
