Of the books advertised, the two that are of most interest are The Studio and Syd Mead’s The Sentinel. The Sentinel is a collection of Mead’s industrial design, one of which is on this page. This book was printed before Blade Runner came out, when Syd Mead became a household name among SF fans who knew their shit.

The Studio is a book printing works from Bernie Wrightson, Jeff Jones, William Michael Kaluta and Barry Windsor-Smith. Amazon tells me that copies of these books can fetch up to $130, which is hardly surprising – in 1980, these creators were largely unknowns.
