The two panels at the bottom of this page prompted me to ask Frank Santoro if there was some kind of teaching resource that lists the kinds of panel-to-panel sequences that will always work. Because let me tell you, this kind of transition will pretty much always work – a fixed camera that shows exactly the same information with the difference of only a single detail. It forces the reader to pay attention to that specific detail, which is why it works.
