The ending of this strip fits right in with most of the twist ending strips we’ve seen so far in this publication. Caza does something great with it, though – he puts the twist on the bottom of the third page (of four) so that he gets a whole page to really make the punchline land. Which he does.

Almost as an aside, I really enjoy the expressions of the doctor and the wife in the last panel.
